- Maintain and repair air- and water-cooled chillers, including centrifugal, scroll, screw, and reciprocating units
- Diagnose issues using gauges, multimeters, and refrigerant recovery tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance on pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems
- Replace or service key components like compressors, fans, expansion valves, and sensors
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and BMS control interfaces
- Document system performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams as part of a multi-skilled workforce
- Adhere to site safety protocols and environmental guidelines
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotations including emergency call-outs
- Minimum 5 years of chiller maintenance experience
- Deep understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC diagnostics
- Familiarity with leading brands (Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin)
- Diploma or trade certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces, rooftops, or high temperatures
- UAE experience and a valid driving license are advantages
