- Lead and manage all offshore construction and installation activities.
- Ensure execution in line with project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams across disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.
- Plan and coordinate construction sequences, work packs, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress and productivity, identifying and resolving site issues proactively.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage interfaces for brownfield modifications and tie-ins with existing facilities.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC requirements and inspection plans.
- Handle site queries, RFIs, and field changes in coordination with engineering teams.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in offshore construction projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, installation, and HSE practices.
- Experience in brownfield projects and live plant modifications is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex site interfaces.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC, permit-to-work (PTW), and safety systems.
- Professional certifications and HSE qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are a plus.
