- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and providing professional advice on watches and jewellery products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Present merchandise attractively and ensure product displays follow brand merchandising guidelines.
- Support store operations including opening and closing procedures and maintaining store security standards.
- Process transactions at the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Promote store offers, loyalty programs, and gift cards while maintaining customer database records.
- Ensure correct product pricing and ticketing compliance to prevent pricing discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory checks, stock management, and merchandise replenishment.
- Train new staff members on point of sale procedures and store operations when required.
- Attend store meetings and collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales targets.
- Support housekeeping duties and ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, watches, or jewellery retail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks within retail environments.
