Provide end-user support for MS Windows, MAC and Office Suite products.
Fix, repair, install all hardware and software on company computers both onsite and for remote users.
Ensure network and end-user backups are running properly on a daily/nightly basis. Troubleshoot/resolve any backup issues.
Maintaining computer peripheral equipment, i.e. printers, scanners, projectors, monitors.
Maintain support and billing for end user mobile devices, i.e. Droids, iPhones, iPads.
Purchase hardware and software for end-users and negotiate best pricing with vendors.
Ensuring antivirus / anti-malware software is installed and up-to-date on all end user machines.
Testing of wide area network failover and troubleshoot as necessary.
Maintain and troubleshoot of end-user connectivity to network systems and applications.
Provide ERP E1 support including password resets, printing issues, etc.
Define network policies and procedures
Setup user accounts in Active Directory, permissions and passwords.
Ensure all critical software patches are applied on servers and end user PCs.
Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Required Skills

3-5 years minimum of full-time experience in the installation and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, computer networks and Windows servers.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Win 7, Win 2008/2012 Server) and MAC OS
Strong knowledge in hardware/software upgrades and installation
Strong knowledge of Active Directory (creating User accounts, reset passwords, Group Policy, etc..)
Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS
Solid data center experience, including VMware virtualization networking concepts.
Strong working knowledge NTFS file and share permissions.
Ability to diagnose problems and ability to work independently to correct the problems.
Working knowledge of switches, hubs, and network cabling, NAS and SAN devices.
Experience with firewalls, Access lists (Cisco ASA, pfSense) and VPNs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 and Office 2011 for MAC.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
Must be able to climb stairs with varying degrees of pitch.
Must be able to clearly communicate both in written and verbal form.
Must be able to work closely with vendors and internal customers.
