Location: Riyadh or DubaiWhat You Can Expect:Collaborate closely with senior consultants and analysts to provide ongoing, high-impact investment advice to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients.
Play a key role in designing and analyzing strategic investment solutions customized to each client’s unique circumstances.
Develop and critically review complex strategic asset allocations and conduct sophisticated asset-liability modeling.
Lead manager research and selection processes across a broad spectrum of public and private asset classes.
Work hand-in-hand with Mercer’s specialist teams to deliver integrated, comprehensive investment consulting solutions.
Prepare detailed client reports and essential investment governance documentation, including investment policy statements.
Engage actively in portfolio structuring, performance monitoring, and manager oversight to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth and continuous learning.Your Key Responsibilities:Support senior consultants in delivering both day-to-day and strategic investment advice.
Assist in the development of innovative investment strategies and complex asset-liability models.
Conduct thorough manager research and portfolio structuring across multiple asset classes.
Maintain and develop investment governance documentation and client reporting materials.
Coordinate with Mercer’s specialist teams to ensure holistic client solutions.
Analyze market trends, manager styles, and portfolio impacts to inform decision-making.
Monitor portfolio performance and evaluate manager effectiveness rigorously.
Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related business discipline with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
5 to 10 years of relevant investment experience, ideally within institutional consulting or asset management.
Proven ability to present confidently to clients and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional analytical, modeling, project management, and communication skills.What Will Make You Stand Out:Progress toward or attainment of professional qualifications such as CFA charter, Actuarial certification, or MBA.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
