• Develop detailed cost per modular pod including civil works, MEP components, finishes, fixtures, and manufacturing overheads.
• Maintain and validate comprehensive bill of materials for each pod model and configuration.
• Support tender and pre-contract teams with accurate factory costing and production estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new modular pod designs and production methods.
• Track actual production costs versus budgeted costs per pod and per project batch.
• Analyze labor hours per unit and monitor assembly line productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor material consumption including tiles, sanitaryware, mechanical components, and electrical fittings.
• Control rework, defect rates, and production wastage to improve yield and reduce cost leakage.
• Prepare performance reports covering cost per pod, production cycle time, yield percentage, and profit margins per batch.
• Identify inefficiencies in the manufacturing and assembly process and recommend cost optimization measures.
• Reconcile system data with actual material consumption in production lines.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to manage bulk purchasing strategies and cost savings initiatives.
• Analyze the cost impact of engineering or design changes on modular pod production.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance.
• Five to ten years of experience in prefab construction, modular manufacturing, or construction production environments.
• Strong knowledge of unit based costing models and production cost analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial and operational analysis.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, assembly processes, and cost control methods in construction related industries.
