Job Position - Microsoft 365 Officer (Junior Level)

Salary: 5,000 - 7,000 AEDKey Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
Experience working within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment

Mandatory Certifications:

MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Administrator
ITIL 4 Foundation

Good to Have:

MD-102 - Endpoint Administrator
SC-300 - Identity & Access Administrator
AZ-900 - Azure Fundamentals
