DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Receive visitors and direct them in the right directions
  • Handle communication including emails and phone calls
  • Organize files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, as well as reservations as may be required
  • Receive deliveries, sort and share out incoming mail
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in a relevant course
  • Minimum 2 or more years of experience working as a secretary in a reputable company
  • Good computer skills required
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Should highly organized and a good time manager
  • Must be familiar with general office equipment
  • Data entry skills required
