Maintenance Supervisor

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
- Proficiency with MEP systems, including HVAC (VRF, DX, CCU units), plumbing systems (booster pumps, transfer pumps, water tanks), and electrical systems (LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, capacitor banks, generator, UPS)
- Hands-on experience with field equipment sensors, modules, and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic knowledge of Integration & Automation SCADA systems
- Familiarity with fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown procedures
- Effective team management, including monitoring KPIs and meeting SLAs
- Identification and procurement of materials and spare parts
