Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, exporters, and retailers.
Manage and grow key accounts within the rice segment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to track demand, pricing trends, and competitors.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely supply and delivery.
Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions.
Explore opportunities in export markets (if applicable).
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–8+ years of experience in rice industry / FMCG / agri-commodity trading.
Strong knowledge of rice varieties, quality parameters, and market trends.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage clients and large accounts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Preferred SkillsExperience in export/import of rice.
Strong network in agri-commodity markets.
