Investment DirectorA leading investment management platform is seeking an Investment Director to join its Real Assets team in the UAE.This is a senior, high-impact role focused on originating, executing, and managing investments across a diversified real assets strategy, including real estate, infrastructure, logistics, and other income-generating sectors across regional and international markets.The OpportunityYou will play a key role in driving the platform's investment strategy and deployment, with responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and execution through to portfolio management and value creation.This role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the platform's real assets capabilities.Key Responsibilities

Lead the origination and execution of real assets investments across multiple sectors and geographies
Take ownership of transaction processes, including structuring, negotiation, and execution
Oversee and review financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis
Lead due diligence processes, coordinating internal teams and external advisors
Present investment opportunities to investment committees and senior stakeholders
Drive portfolio management and value creation initiatives across existing assets
Build and maintain relationships with developers, operators, partners, and co-investors
Contribute to the development of investment strategy and pipeline generation

Candidate Profile

6-10 years' experience in real assets, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, or investment banking
Proven track record of leading and executing transactions end-to-end
Strong experience across multiple real asset sectors (sector-agnostic experience preferred)
Deep understanding of valuation, structuring, and asset management
Experience engaging with investment committees and senior stakeholders
Strong commercial judgement and ability to drive deals independently
Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field; CFA or equivalent preferred
Based in the UAE or open to relocating
