This role will be central to driving engaging onboarding, training, and development initiatives that align with organizational growth and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging learning content, including videos, animations, presentations, handouts, and invitations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives and company goals.
- Ensure clarity, engagement, and instructional quality for diverse audiences.
- Review and update existing training materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Administer and maintain the LMS platform for smooth content delivery and user experience.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with IT for maintenance and updates.
- Manage onboarding to the LMS, ensuring employees are enrolled and trained on navigation and usage.
- Track and report on learner engagement, completion rates, and performance metrics.
- Collect feedback and use insights to improve training effectiveness.
- Explore new technologies, tools, and learning trends to enhance content quality.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in content creation.
- Strong design and script writing skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and online learning environments.
- Skilled in A.I tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and content creation software.
- Knowledge of SCORM and animation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving learning needs.
