Talents Tide is hiring for a government entity client in Dubai to support facilities and hospitality operations.Key Responsibilities:Support daily facilities and hospitality operationsHandle FM-related calls, emails, logs, and issue follow-upsCoordinate with security, cleaning, and building managementSupport HSE activities, audits, and compliance requirementsManage visitor hospitality, supplies, and inventoryProvide general administrative support (access cards, stationery, parking, calls)Prepare basic reports and operational updatesRequirements:Secondary School qualificationMinimum 2 years experience in Facilities or Hospitality ManagementUAE government or semi-government experience preferredKnowledge of HSE and FM standardsFluent English; Arabic is an advantageDue to the volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
