- Develop seamless digital onboarding journeys and end-to-end customer engagement processes.
- Create data-driven Early Month on Book (EMOB) strategies to minimize attrition and maximize long-term customer value.
- Innovate banking subscription models and retention strategies tailored to evolving customer behavior.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of cardholder behavior, segmentation, and dormancy trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing and engagement strategies.
- Benchmark client portfolios and identify competitive opportunities through data analytics and industry best practices.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, building long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, solution design, and new client acquisition.
