- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud-based contact centre and collaboration solutions within the assigned region
- Identify and grow high-value enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic relationships
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored solutions
- Partner closely with solution architects and technical teams during solution design and client discussions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving opportunities through to closure
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams across solutions, delivery, commercial, and legal
- Provide market and customer insights to internal stakeholders to support solution development and positioning
- 8-12 years' experience selling CCaaS, UCaaS, or cloud-based collaboration solutions to enterprise clients
- Proven background in enterprise solution sales within telecoms, cloud, software, or managed services environments
- Strong understanding of subscription-based and managed services sales models
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers (CIO, CTO, Head of CX, IT leadership)
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and presentation ability
- Experience selling into large enterprises or regulated industries within the UAE or wider region
