Civil Engineer ARE - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Assist the Resident Engineer and deputize when required on site activities
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and approved drawings
• Supervise contractor works to achieve required construction quality and operational standards
• Participate in contract administration and coordination with project stakeholders
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements
• Issue site instructions and provide on-site technical direction as required
• Supervise site inspection staff and monitor daily construction activities
• Check and measure completed works for accuracy and certification

• Sound knowledge of contractual relationships and construction administration
• Fully computer literate with the ability to manage records and generate technical reports
