- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build a strong professional network.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and forecasts to communicate business development progress and performance metrics to senior management.
- Travel within the GCC region as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in business development activities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on the GCC market.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the GCC oil and gas market dynamics, including key players, trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
