- Plan and deliver creative, child-centered lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and communicate with parents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the Early Years provision.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' recent teaching experience in an EYFS setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
