- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by management.
- Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support the senior accounting team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
