- Research, identify, and build strong relationships with key influencers in the architect & industrial designers community, Aluminium system houses, and façade companies.
- Secure appointments and conduct meetings/presentations to key decision makers and influencers with the goal of specifying Axalta products in projects. (in person when possible or online/Teams meetings)
- Consult with coating specification and provide samples and relevant support &product information
- Key account management and liaise with senior management and focus on megaprojects,
- Design and organize events or customer visits in our local Color Experience Rooms, meet influencers on their site or online and attend relevant networking events as Axalta Powder Coating Representative.
- Stay on top of architectural trends and needs, follow and actively use social media communication channels
- Conduct seminars& trainings with architects, designers and target audience
- Get references for the won projects
- Promote Colour Walls among target audience
- Promote cobranded catalogues & fan decks
- Train the SF of our partners to be able to sell the added value of our products
- Active participation in the EMEA specifications team
- Active Collaboration with Sales team, support key accounts, participation at events together.
- At least 10 years’ experience working with our TOP tier target customers. Key account management expertise
- Excellent Knowledge of the value chain and the industry. Important network and excellent reputation
- Strong interest in the architectural business
- Knowledge of powder coatings, is an advantage but is not mandatory
- Excellent presentation, Communication & interpersonal skills
- Mastering value selling and able to sell performance and design
- At ease in dealing with senior architects, project managers and demanding customers
- Computer Savvy - Extremely savvy with Web research and comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Education – University degree in Sales, marketing or architecture.
- Good oral and written Knowledge of English. Ideally, fluent in local language
