- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in the UAE, preferably within Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in developing HSE documentation, conducting audits, and implementing safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills
