- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives specifically for Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including MEP consultants and contractors, with a focus on AHU and FCU solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AHU and FCU solutions.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about AHU and FCU product lines and their benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations specifically for AHU and FCU products, showcasing their features and advantages.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms related to AHU and FCU solutions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities related to AHU and FCU products.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments specific to AHU and FCU solutions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the HVAC industry with a focus on Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU).
- Strong network and contacts with MEP consultants and contractors specializing in AHU and FCU solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives specifically for AHU and FCU products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients, particularly in the AHU and FCU market segments.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment focused on AHU and FCU solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
