- Lead franchise sales and development strategy across UAE & GCC markets
- Identify and secure new franchise partners in target regions
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research for expansion opportunities
- Structure franchise proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Manage the full franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing
- Coordinate internally with operations, legal, finance, and marketing teams
- Build strong relationships with investors, family offices, and F&B operators
- Represent the brand at regional franchise exhibitions and networking events
- Proven experience in franchise development, franchise sales, or multi-unit expansion within QSR or casual dining
- Strong knowledge of GCC F&B market dynamics
