- Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments for surgical and endoscopic procedures
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and endoscopy specialists throughout procedures
- Monitor patient safety and comfort in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
- Maintain accurate surgical and patient care records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital safety protocols
- Operate and maintain endoscopy and surgical equipment
- Support quality improvement initiatives within the perioperative unit
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- DHA License or DHA eligibility as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse, preferably in endoscopy
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and perioperative protocols
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
