- Lead the implementation of the hotel's sales policies, procedures, and brand standards in alignment with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts' guidelines.
- Develop and recommend optimal contracted room rate structures across all segments to maximize revenue, drive RevPAR, and exceed budgeted targets.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales strategies to maintain a leading market position and inform strategic sales decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute segment-focused sales and marketing strategies, actively contributing to revenue strategy meetings.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team through structured recruitment, performance standards, and regular evaluations to consistently exceed revenue expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Shangri-La Account Management standards, Delphi database integrity, and effective use of sales and revenue systems to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Manage sales expense budgets, oversee travel planning and expenses, set objectives for sales trips, and evaluate outcomes to maximize sales productivity and return on investment.
- Focus on total revenue generation including rooms,- F&B and banquets revenues.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to develop promotions, packages, and campaigns targeted at the corporate segment.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance the hotel's visibility and develop professional relationships.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of service for corporate clients.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing in an international 5* luxury property.
- Hold a business-related educational background.
- Be self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo.

- Have experience in the local market (UAE as well as other GCC).
- Communicate and write with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
