- 3-4 years of proven experience in Valet Parking
- Familiarity with high quality service standards is a must.
- Ability to come to work each day with the motivation to work closely with the staff, and to help provide superior customer service.
- Must have the ability to make fast decisions and have good sense of judgment.
- Must have management skills to counsel, train staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and management.
- Ability to communicate and manage cross cultures.
- Ability to resolve Customer complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Arabic & French is an advantage.
