- Working with all relevant stakeholders to develop the solution target market, the value proposition, and key differentiators.
- Contributing to the achievement of regional commercial targets by supporting the sales cycle with subject matter expertise
- Promoting the value and benefit of the solutions/product to customers, supporting sales activities through expert positioning of the solutions and their operational impact.
- Acting as an authority to advise customers on the best match between SITA For Aircraft solutions and business requirements.
- Demonstrating clear firsthand experience and knowledge of aircraft flying operations, enabling credible engagement with customers
- Identifying customer needs/drivers and providing feedback to SITA For Aircraft Product Teams about solution requirements, issues and challenges to drive the market.
- Presenting and engaging at senior levels (CxO & DFO) and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to position OptiFlight solutions
- Managing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and local partners within the assigned region, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting long-term collaboration and growth.
- 10+ years-experience in the aerospace market (i.e. Aircraft Performance Engineer, Commercial Airline Pilot).
- Subject matter expert in Aircraft Performance, Airline operations and Avionics.
- Subject matter expert in Flight Safety and Flight Efficiency (all phases of flight).
- Proven experience working in complex, multi-cultural and highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience of interfacing directly with senior levels of management internally and externally.
- Proven experience in a management role or customer-facing position and establishing customer relationships with strong consultative approach.
- Solid academic qualification preferred in the technical domain, or equivalent business experience.
- Outstanding external and internal communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
- Commercially and technically minded, driven by results.
- Team player.
- Willing to travel as required.
