We play a key role in the practice area thought leadership, content and ways of working.Key responsibilities of the role include:As a Knowledge Manager at Oliver Wyman, you will be involved in setting the strategy and executing best in-class knowledge management. You will take a key role with cross-practice collaboration across the knowledge management team ensuring a seamless flow of information globally. You will proactively manage the synthesis and codification of our intellectual capital and act as the lynchpin, connecting people to the experts, expertise and insights efficiently. You will manage the capture, classification, storage and dissemination of the OW ENR knowledge base and will work on ensuring our knowledge platform is kept well maintained, strategically looking for ways to increase usage and footfall. In addition, you will proactively manage the content landscape within ENR, managing content gaps and hot topics.Importantly, you will be a key point of contact for the practice as they work look to identify leading OW experts and credentials in support of business development activities. You will proactively disseminate OW IC in support of client relationship building activities, attending practice pipeline calls to identifying knowledge sharing opportunities.This role reports directly to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London, working closely with our Senior Knowledge Manager team based in London and Munich, and has a high level of direct interaction within our wider Knowledge Management community and the Energy and Natural Resources practice area. This role will be supported by our Knowledge Analysts and Process Coordinator teams based in our service hubs.This position will be based in the Middle East, but the role has both global and local dimensions and responsibilities.Attributes and ExperienceClients hire Oliver Wyman for specialized expertise; the ideal candidate will have most of the following:You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in knowledge management, research or business development within the Government and Public Institutions sectorIntellectual curiosity in exploring a various range of topics pertinent to our ENR sector clientsUnderstanding of ME ENR industry, including challenges and opportunitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settingsFluent in English is essential.
