- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team
- Attend or represent in project-related construction meetings.
- Monitor contractor activities for compliance with technical and contractual obligations. Regularly report on performance and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Plan, and address any safety issues.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with Egis procedures, likely related to the organization's standards or processes.
- Report on contractor performance, specifically quality and adherence to performance indicators.
- Approve shop drawings, materials, equipment, mockups, samples, brochures, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing as-built drawings, warranties, maintenance manuals, and close-out reports.
- Address delays, bad weather, and emergencies at the construction site.
- Coordinate with contractors, owners, and design teams to resolve issues or complaints.
- Respond to contractors' Requests for Information (RFI) and any queries they raise.
- Administer and handle change orders.
- Visit sites for the extraction and fabrication of materials/equipment before delivery to check performance and workmanship.
- Bsc. Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- ADM or DM approval unlimited is a plus.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in consultancy.
