Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
Liaise with legal teams and external advisors on contractual issues.
Maintain accurate records of contractual documents and correspondence.
Support project teams in contract-related negotiations and decision-making.
Conduct contractual audits and risk assessments.
Provide training and guidance to junior contract staff.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in contracts management within engineering or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of contractual law, legal documentation, and standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve contractual issues efficiently.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
