Provide first-level support for users experiencing IT issues (hardware, software, networking)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults
Manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors
Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures
Ensure data backup systems are running correctly
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical standpoint
Keep systems updated with the latest patches and security updatesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking basics
Familiarity with ITSM tools and remote desktop support
Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system installation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or CCNA are preferredBenefits:
