Payment Analyst - Chinese Speaking

• Ensure that all incoming payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Processing and Monitoring deposit failures and resolving any PSP errors maximizing the deposit approval rate
• Management and escalation of requests and issues related to payments and payment processing systems.
• Liaise with banks and other third-party payment providers in relation to the execution of payments
• Build and maintain relationships with banks and PSPs
• Processing payments through online banking systems of banks and PSPs within currency cut-off times while maintaining our strict processing SLA's.

• Maintain detailed documentation and records of payment transactions for audit purposes.
• Ensuring that suspicious transactions are investigated and correctly escalated

• Work closely with other related departments to ensure smooth and effective operation

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Payment analyst within a multinational online trading brokerage.
• Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Bachelors Degree in finance or any relevant field is mandatory.
• Should possess good communication skills in English, or any other language is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
