- Assist in managing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of spa staff.
- Help maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Help monitor spa inventory, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, packages, and promotions.
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on spa performance and assist in budgeting and financial management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a spa or wellness environment, preferably in ultra-luxury hotel settings.
- CIBTAC qualification and knowledge of Forbes standards are required.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations and wellness services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualifications in spa management, hospitality, or related fields are advantageous.
