- Own day-to-day system operations and monitoring
- Manage incidents, defects, and system performance issues
- Coordinate releases, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Act as bridge between IT, product owners, and business users
- Drive user enablement: training materials, guides, FAQs
- Schedules and conduct regular update trainings with Super users in Freight Forwarding
- Aligns with the Operational Excellence teams on System documentation
- Support onboarding of new countries, products, or users
- Ensures a table system uptime and incident resolution
- Is responsible for releasing notes and change communications
- Aligns and manages trainings and rollouts of NPM rate Management tool
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in Logistics Freight Forwarding, in-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and its value drivers
- Professional degree in freight forwarding would be an asset
- Familiar with operational procedures and price setting in Freight Forwarding in particular
- Support and guide teams at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capable to navigate senior corporate structures
- Capable to deliver results with short notice
- Open minded towards new developments/ innovations
- Strong analytical capabilities (root cause analysis)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Open to fully adapt towards a digital working environment
- Good oral and written English as the principal language for DP World
- Additional key languages would be considered an asset
- Strong PC skills (Window, MS-Office applications) preferred
