Support teachers with individual and small group learning across all core subjects
Engage children in enriching activities both inside and outside the classroom
Help prepare engaging resources and maintain inviting learning environments
Supervise students confidently and independently when needed
Promote strong routines and positive behaviour
Assist with daily care, transitions, and learning readiness for young learners
Be proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused in all that you do
Contribute to the collaborative, respectful, and nurturing culture of the school

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting in similar role in a premium school setting is preferred
Degree level qualification is preferred
Native level fluency and a strong working knowledge of supporting in class with English and Maths
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders
A warm, professional communicator with excellent spoken and written English
Someone adaptable, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in student success
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment
Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
