This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI-enabled smart building platforms, shaping the future of how buildings operate and interact with their occupants. The ideal candidate will bring their software and data expertise to the built environment, playing a key role in creating innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and user experience.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for our AI-enabled smart building platform, encompassing both front-end and back-end development.
Utilize Python for back-end logic, data processing, and API development.
Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
Contribute to the UI/UX design and implementation to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.
Integrate AI/ML models and algorithms into the smart building platform to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and optimization.
Work with and integrate data from various building systems and sensors.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and domain experts.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the developed solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, IoT, and smart building technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience working on AI-enabled smart building platforms or developing AI/ML solutions for the built environment.
Strong programming background with a solid understanding of software development principles.
Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Proficiency in Python for back-end development and data manipulation.
Solid experience with Angular for front-end development.
Demonstrable experience in UI/UX design and implementation.
Familiarity with data management, databases, and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

Experience with the Thingsboard IoT platform.
Prior experience working with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and data.
Prior experience working with Data Centre infrastructure and related data.
Knowledge of IoT protocols and technologies (e.g., MQTT, CoAP).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
