Collaborating with a diverse and passionate team, you will engage in innovative teaching methods and help children reach their full potential.Responsibilities:**Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.**Foster creativity through engaging activities, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.**Establish a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to optimal learning experiences.**Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.**Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's achievements and areas needing improvement.Requirements:**Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).**Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.**Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.**Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.Benefits:**Competitive TAX-FREE salary up to 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED per month (not inluding housing allowance, but will be assisted in finding housing).**FREE visa**FREE medical insurance.**Gratuity bonus as per UAE labor law.**Paid holiday**A 2-year renewable contract.
