- Maintain a refined and executive-level reception area.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless VIP visits and meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries confidently and professionally.
- Support executive scheduling and meeting coordination when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to corporate etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Highly presentable with a polished and professional appearance.
- Excellent spoken English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in executive reception, luxury hospitality, private banking, or premium corporate environments is preferred.
