- Manage guest services staffing and supervision, including scheduling, training, performance management, coaching, and discipline as needed, promotional recommendations, etc.
- To evaluate constantly the staffing guide and plans the staff requirements to suit the operational requirements.
- Analyses guest preferences and prepares reports for improvement on Guest Satisfaction.
- Manage incoming guest mail, messages, social media interactions and special deliveries.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering of supplies related to guest services. Analyse and record all guests’ feedback & surveys and continuously drive for improvement.
- Master’s degree or minimum bachelor’s degree in hospitality/Hotel Management or a related field or equivalent commercial experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in hospitality and / or sports facilities environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in Hospitality, gained in a managerial role, with a proven track record in hotel related industries is preferred.
- Commercial awareness must have a strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and how it pertains to the success of guest relations activities.
- Agile and adaptable - able to thrive in rapidly growing business.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative reports using data from guest’s feedback and surveys
