- Design, develop, and maintain robust HSE management systems aligned with ADNOC and international standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HSE systems to meet evolving industry requirements and internal organizational goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HSE professionals (HSE Engineers, Senior HSE Officers, HSE Officers, etc.) to ensure effective execution
- Provide training, guidance, and performance management to team members to promote a culture of safety and compliance across all levels.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments across operations to identify hazards and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, implementing appropriate control measures to eliminate or reduce risks.
- Lead the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring detailed root cause analysis and developing corrective/preventive
- Ensure all incidents are documented and reported to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction Managers to ensure seamless integration of HSE standards across project
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry organizations, to ensure compliance with evolving HSE
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and industry standards (e.g., ADNOC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Prepare, maintain, and submit HSE reports, statistics, and documentation as required by clients, regulatory authorities, and internal
- Lead initiatives to improve overall HSE performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures tailored to site-specific hazards and potential incidents.
