• Provide advanced medical care for critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring
• Manage complex ICU cases such as respiratory failure, septic shock, trauma, and multi-organ dysfunction
• Lead daily ICU rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to design individualized treatment plans
• Perform and supervise advanced procedures including mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, and emergency interventions
• Provide on-call coverage for critical care consultations and emergency ICU admissions
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital safety and quality standards
• Mentor junior physicians, residents, and nursing staff within the intensive care department

• Medical degree such as MD or MBBS from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent specialist qualification
• Minimum five years of consultant-level experience working in an intensive care unit environment

• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments and make rapid medical decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
