We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Guest Services to oversee and manage a team of guest service representatives in providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and lead a team of guest service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
