- Create, implement and manage the company online sales strategies and ensure online sales targets are met
- Handle online orders in line with the company policies
- Speak to customers through phone, e-mails, chats as well as other social media platforms
- Communicate with online customers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Handle e-commerce platform and actively generate sales from this platform
- Respond to incoming email as well as phone enquiries with appropriate quotations for products
- Assess sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets as set by the company
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other business-related course
- Practical experience in the same field required
- Must have good experience online sales and marketing work
- Good computer application knowledge required
- Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
