This position requires to deploy ERP software. You will be consulting with management to determine ERP needs, analyzing the performance of IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions.General Description:
  • Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations in all modules related to Manufacturing for Oracle E-Business Suite – Inventory, Cost, Landed Cost, Work in process, Bills of Material, MRP & Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Enterprise Asset Management,
  • Evaluating existing IT business processes and recommending system improvements, develop future process flows and requirements.
  • Architecting functional solution for projects, developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
  • Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.
  • Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
  • Work with technical resources on data conversions and custom form and reports
  • Guide and conduct unit testing, integration testing, User acceptance testing and comprehensive regression testing.
  • Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
  • Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
  • Complying with industry regulations.
Education / Qualification:
  • Master’s in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
  • ERP certification Oracle’s EBS R12.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry and minimum of 2 implementation experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
