- Administer and monitor Windows/Linux servers, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.
- Maintain and oversee network devices including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement security best practices covering patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory and manage lifecycle of IT assets.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform necessary tuning.
- Install, configure, and support enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Exchange.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and procurement.
- Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and document solutions.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, and configuration guides.
- Assist with IT audits and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
- Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with security tools (endpoint protection, SIEM, MFA, backup).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, RHCSA.
- Additional skills in automation (PowerShell/Bash), monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds), and ITIL frameworks are desirable.
