- Embed continuous improvement tools & techniques within departments ensuring alignment with organisational policies, processes and procedures
- Lead the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program, including planning training sessions and facilitating project identification across the group
- Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program by identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility, overseeing procurement tasks and monitoring benefit realisation
- Lead process documentation efforts, ensuring standardisation across the business
- Partner with departments at all levels to address process challenges collaboratively
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate program performance updates regularly
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field, alongside a LSS Master Black Belt certification with a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
- Over 12 years minimum experience driving continuous improvement projects and implementing transformative technologies
- Experience managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation platforms. Proficiency in statistical applications for data interpretation a significant plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and change management skills
