- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
- Report and investigate incidents and near-misses.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports.
- Promote a proactive safety culture among site personnel.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or HSE-related field.
- HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Oil & Gas (5) years in GCC region.
- Must have at least Five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience with major onshore projects.
- Good knowledge of site safety practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
