Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
