- Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalized, efficient, and professional concierge services
- Provide accurate and insightful recommendations for dining, attractions, and local events
- Handle guest issues promptly, using feedback to enhance service quality
- Lead and manage the concierge team, setting high service standards and delegating responsibilities effectively
- Ensure guest privacy, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Promote hotel facilities and services, acting as a brand ambassador to enhance revenue opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current city events, transport options, and local partners to provide up-to-date information
- At least 4 years of experience in an upscale hotel as a Concierge or related position
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading a guest services team
- High school diploma required; a college or university degree is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable
- Exceptional time management, reliability, and professional presentation
