- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon
- Proven expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
